Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Donations
As a nonprofit organization, donations made to Claypot Foundation are generally non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it will be utilized towards our charitable programs and initiatives.
Refund requests may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate donation transactions.
Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error.
Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date along with relevant transaction details.
2. Event Sponsorships & Registrations
If Claypot Foundation organizes fundraising events, awareness programs, workshops, or community activities requiring registration fees:
Full refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled by the Foundation.
